Agreement and contracting party
These Terms of Service govern your use of zlagsion.com and purchases from the ZLAGSION store. ZLAGSION is the company’s store brand. By using the store or placing an order, you agree to these Terms and the policies linked from the store.
Products and orders
Product availability, options and prices may change. Review the selected option, included pieces, product information and checkout total before paying. We may cancel or limit an order affected by an obvious pricing error, suspected fraud, unavailable inventory or an undeliverable address. Any amount collected for a cancelled order will be refunded to the original payment method.
Product information
We aim to describe products accurately. Images may include styling items that are not supplied. Measurements, materials and included pieces are promised only when stated on the product page or confirmed in writing by customer support.
Payments
Prices and checkout totals are shown in USD unless the store displays another supported currency. Available payment methods are shown at checkout and are processed through Shopify and the payment provider displayed at checkout.
Shipping returns and refunds
The Shipping & Delivery Policy and Returns & Refunds Policy form part of these Terms. Those policies state the supported destinations, processing and delivery estimates, shipping charges, return period, eligibility, return warehouse and refund process.
Acceptable use
You must not misuse the store, interfere with security, submit unlawful or harmful material, infringe the rights of others, use automated access in a way that disrupts the service, or attempt unauthorized access.
Third party services
The store may rely on Shopify, payment providers, carriers, analytics, advertising and other service providers. Their services may be subject to separate terms and privacy practices.
Consumer rights and liability
Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits rights, remedies or liabilities that cannot legally be excluded. To the extent permitted by applicable law, the company is not responsible for indirect or consequential loss that was not reasonably foreseeable when the contract was formed.
Applicable law and disputes
These Terms are governed by applicable law. Mandatory consumer protections and the jurisdiction of courts or regulators that cannot legally be waived remain unaffected. Before starting formal proceedings, please contact us so we can try to resolve the issue.
Changes
We may update these Terms by posting a revised version and an updated date. Changes apply from the date stated in the revised Terms and do not remove rights already accrued.
