Processing time

Orders are processed within 3 business days. Business days exclude weekends and public holidays.

Estimated delivery

Delivery is estimated at 5–15 business days after processing. Carrier delays, customs checks, weather and address issues can affect the estimate.

Tracking and address changes

Tracking is sent to the order email when available. Send address corrections to support@zlagsion.com as soon as possible; changes cannot be guaranteed after processing begins.

Missing parcels

If a parcel is delayed or missing, email support@zlagsion.com with your order number, tracking number and delivery address. We will investigate with the carrier. After the carrier confirms that the parcel is lost, we will send a replacement at no additional charge within 3 business days.

Delivery delays

For delays caused by natural disasters, severe weather, disease outbreaks, public-health events or other circumstances beyond reasonable control, we cannot promise a specific delivery date or fixed delay compensation. If a delay results from an attributable human or operational error by us or a delivery partner, we will provide appropriate compensation or another reasonable remedy based on the circumstances. This does not affect mandatory consumer rights.
