Refund policy

You may request a return within 30 days after delivery by emailing support@zlagsion.com. Do not send a return before receiving authorization.

Eligibility

The item must be unused, in the condition received and in its original packaging, with proof of purchase. For hygiene reasons, opened or used lashes, adhesives, face gems, toe separators, wigs and personal-care accessories may be ineligible for change-of-mind return. This does not limit rights for damaged, defective, misdescribed or incorrectly supplied goods.

Return shipping

The customer pays return shipping for a change of mind or incorrect selection where permitted. For a confirmed damaged, defective or incorrect item, we will provide the appropriate resolution and instructions.

Refund timing

After an approved return is received and inspected, approved refunds are processed within 5 business days to the original payment method. The bank or payment provider may need additional posting time.
